For the past 20 years, I’ve been proud to grow alongside Advanced, having been part of the organization since its earliest days. My commitment has always been rooted in the meaningful services we provide to the senior community, and that purpose continues to inspire me every day.

My work is fueled by the relationships I build—with co‑workers, patients, and families. Those daily interactions bring energy and connection to my role. One of the most fulfilling parts of my career has been mentoring staff and watching them develop confidence and skill as they grow within the company.

A milestone I’m especially proud of is becoming wound‑care certified, a credential that has allowed me to deepen my clinical expertise. Helping a patient heal their wounds and regain comfort is incredibly rewarding, and it’s a part of my work where I feel I make a significant impact.

Outside of work, I enjoy the thrill of thrift shopping—there’s nothing quite like the challenge of hunting for a great bargain.
