Elemental Skin & Body is officially closing its doors March 26th.

You can romanticize and desire a specific outcome, but sometimes reality has different plans. And that’s okay ✨

Starting March 27th you can find me over at Acacia Spa Thursday & Friday evenings, as well as every other Saturday.

I will still hold fascia at the center of my work. I will still prioritize the nervous system. I will eventually offer my specialties, Sarga and a version of the Somatic Skin Sessions.

In the mean time, this page will still be used to showcase my thoughts on bodywork, wellness, movement, trades with other bodywork’s, cool & artistic videos of me building my skills outside of the treatment room & whatever else I feel like sharing.

NURTURE

Community Day Sessions will now be called "NURTURE".

This session will be available to book online, but will be limited to 4 slots each month. At the start of each month, it is first come first serve.

These sessions are to be used by folks that are in emotional distress, have financial insecurity, are other body workers, and/or service workers. Overall, for people that have a difficult time fitting long/expensive sessions into their lives consistently.

Please reach out if you have doubts about qualifying! This really is just a way for me to give back to all of you & the people you know that would benefit from a session.

You all have been keeping me busy the past few weeks, but the end of the month looks a lot slower. If you'd like to get on the schedule there is lots of evening availability and Saturdays too!

My winter special will be coming to a close at the end of February.

Sarga Sessions
After being sick TWICE over the holidays, I'm getting back into the swing of things. The plan is to begin offering Sarga Sessions to all of you by the end of January!

It's live online!

I’m very excited to announce that my availability is expanding!

For the past 3 years (almost 4 I think) I’ve been juggling two jobs. Both jobs brought me joy, stability, creativity, socialization, and experience. I didn’t want to give up either, so I did both for a long time, and enjoyed it!

But the time has come to part ways with my other job. I could feel my energy being spread too thin and with that my work and creativity suffering. So I’m taking the plunge and going all in with my Passion project, Elemental Skin & Body 🤍

I can’t wait for all of the changes that will come over the next few months. So be on the look out 😉
