Congratulations to Owen Marsh and Springfield Public Schools District 186 on their new school! O’Shea Builders was honored to attend the ribbon cutting ceremony and open house showcase that took place on May 22nd. We are grateful to be part of this project and look forward to seeing this new school become a place of learning, growth, and opportunity for generations to come.

Congratulations to Matt Oller on his recent promotion to Telebelt Truck Operator!

Matt has been with O’Shea for nearly two years, consistently showing a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. His favorite part of the job is learning new skills every day to continue improving his career.

He is currently working on projects including replacing train track sections at an agricultural processing facility and digging curb at Springfield High School. Reflecting on his career with O’Shea, Matt says the highlight has been getting the opportunity to take over the belt truck and joining the O’Shea family.

Congratulations to Chris Basso on his recent promotion to General Foreman!

Chris has been with O’Shea for five years, consistently demonstrating dedication and expertise in his work. His favorite part of the job is the constant problem solving that comes with working in environments where unforeseen challenges must be addressed efficiently.

He is currently working on installing a new vestibule and stair tower at an agricultural processing center. Reflecting on his career with O’Shea, Chris has enjoyed working on projects involving long hours of hard work and precise concrete pouring.

Congratulations to Jordan Dunlevy on his recent promotion to Senior Superintendent! Jordan has worked for O’Shea for 12 years. He says his favorite part of the job is the daily interactions with the team, trade partners, and clients. Jordan is currently working on Springfield High School.

Jordan says the highlight of his career at O’Shea would be getting to work with and learning from some of his best friends daily. “The relations that I have made while working here have helped me grow tremendously, both personally and professionally.”
