The Springfield Metropolis

A wedding brings a lot of people together. Leave a little room in the day for just the two of you, too.
This hand-holding detail is a lovely reminder that the smaller moments deserve a place in the photo collection.

The flowers and stained glass bring plenty of color to this portrait. But the couple is still the first thing you notice.
When you’re gathering wedding inspiration, leave room for photos that feel like you—the people, the personal details, and the moments you want to keep.

This building spent a century as a church before it ever became The Metropolis. You can feel the history here in the same stained glass, light fixtures, and beautiful beams.

We honor and celebrate that history by continuing to fill the room with love and laughter, reverence and reverie. For years, it sat vacant, and we work every day to keep the energy alive inside.

Each of you help us do that, and we'll never stop being grateful for you!

As much fun as a wedding celebration is, it's these quiet moments that are the most precious. Plus, you can't get more solid of a wall to lean on than one that is 192 years old.
