This program provides an in-depth exploration of vegan cooking, extending beyond recipes to encompass the operation of commercial kitchen equipment, the distinction between vegan herbs, spices, and flavorings, as well as an examination of protein sources, textures, and more.

Flame On Vegan is seeking to hire employees. We have openings for a prep worker and a cook, with a preference for the cook to have restaurant working experience.
