Open For Business: T.H.E Spot - Springfield Business Journal After a couple years operating a food truck, the owners of The Hibachi Experience LLC have added a brick-and-mortar restaurant, dubbed T.H.E Spot, in central Springfield.

Things are starting to come together at T.H.E Spot. We’re now set to be open consistently for dinner 4pm–9pm (Mon-Sat) while we finish getting the bar ready. Full bar coming soon, hours TBD. Food truck will still be hitting surrounding areas too. Appreciate everyone sticking with us through it all! ❤️🔥
