Learning to love the true, good, and beautiful is “caught” as much as “taught.”

As part of our summer Book Club line-up, this Saturday evening from 7-9 p.m., Megan Dunham will help us consider what makes for good children’s literature, as well as how good stories can cultivate hearts that long for and echo that of the Greatest Story.

Come enjoy some Runaway Bunny carrot cake and depart with a renewed love of the power of story and its ability to shape the moral imaginations of our children and ourselves.

The Lord provides salvation to His children, forgives their iniquity, heals their diseases, rescues them from death, and restores them to His covenant family and kingdom. Thus, the spiritual practice of remembering the fullness of God's grace strengthens faith, worship, and obedience in the life of the Christian.

This Communion Sunday, Ruling Elder Jason Jordan will preach a sermon with all this in mind titled, “Forget Not All His Benefits,” from Psalm 103. In addition, as it is the first Sunday of the month, Pastor Stephen will administer the Lord’s Supper.
