One of the worst cases of water damage/ rot we’ve ever seen!!!

A cement pad was improperly pitched which caused this house to have severe rot and damage to the walls and foundation. We removed all the rotten and mold covered areas. We rebuilt and repoured the foundation. Then rebuilt the section and prepped it for a new deck. What a difference!!!

20+ years of a leaking drain can lead to severe rot, mold, structural damage and all types of insects in the walls.
The house sunk down over an inch in this area!
