Title companies can request homeowner dues information from POA president Ethan Bagwell at [email protected] or Austin Farnam at [email protected]. 2024 dues are $250/year, payable March 31st.
Hello Residents, we will be bringing around cards to update contact info if you would like to be put on the list for future correspondence. Cards can be filled out and brought back to 3607. Thank you!
Ethan Bagwell (@ 3606) and Austin Farnam (@ 3607) are the POA's new President and Treasurer who were elected at the POA's annual meeting on May 30th.
Transition is largely complete so please direct any POA related issues to Ethan and/or Austin. Ethan can be contacted at [email protected] and Austin at [email protected].
Vice President and Secretary positions remain unfilled. Contact Ethan if interested in volunteering for one of these positions.
