Happy 3rd birthday my little fox! Oh how you've grown ❤

I always used to wonder what those 'tiny oranges' tasted like.
But I never tried them until a couple weeks ago when my husband came home with a whole bag of them.
After trying one (And woo! the flavor is quite strong, but so fragrant and citrusy), I immediately said, "this is going in a cake."
So here it is...Kumquat Cake, filled with homemade kumquat marmalade, topped with candied kumquat flowers.
Would you dare to try?
