Evolution Sports Performance

Tomorrow we will be training at Patricia Allyn Park at 11am. If anyone is not a part of the Summer training that is okay we're accepting drop ins For $5 if any athletes, boys and girls that would like to come down. Training is for one hour and we will be covering speed and agility and resistance training. It doesn't matter which sport they play. Message me below if you're interested in coming.
