I'm Noelle Vescio, born and raised in good ole Mandeville, Louisiana. I got an early start to my love of sweets from my mother, and soon realized that is exactly what I needed to be doing. I attended Louisiana Culinary Institute where I graduated in 2012 with an Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts- Advanced Baking and Pastry.
