The American-International Charolais
Association (AICA) was founded in 1957 through the consolidation of the American
Charolais Breeders Association and the
International Charollaise Association. The association held its first board meeting on
July 29, 1957, in Houston.

Yesterday, we had multiple birthdays in the Chef & Rancher family .

To the sted fast, compassionate & just flat out the reason we are here.

This year we celebrate Dad‘s favorite Japanese lineage bull, BUBBA! He’s named that for many reasons. May he rest in peace. We look forward to sharing his story with you in the future.
