Northside 🗣️ CHAYN’S on FM 1960!!!!!??? Where is this suspect? Turn him in asap

Detectives with the HCSO Adult S*x Crimes Unit are releasing a sketch of a sexual assault suspect in hopes of obtaining information that will help identify him.

The suspect claims to possibly be a retired HCSO Deputy (unconfirmed) and is known only by the nickname “Cowboy." He is known to frequent nightclubs in the North Harris County area along F.M. 1960, particularly Chayn’s Nightclub in the 3900 block of F.M. 1960.

Suspect Description:
-Black male
-Approximately 50 years old
-About 5'10" tall

Detectives believe there may be additional victims, as he regularly frequents nightclubs and approaches unsuspecting women, gaining their trust through manipulation and creating a false sense of closeness.
