Price of houses in The Woodlands are very high, right? WRONG!
Look at the statistics from the last 10+ years. The prices seem to be less than that of Sugar Land! $150/sq feet. Average price of a home is around $647,000 for about 3,300 sq ft home.Great place to live. Lot to do: Five golf courses, Cynthia Michelle Pavilion, huge mall, wilderness trails, lots of wild life, miles and miles of biking/walking trails, huge water park with lazy river and dump bucket, very large lakes to go kayaking or canoeing, very fine restaurants, close to Renaissance Festival and more!

Folks, Home sales have gone up during the month of November 2016. Can you believe it is 22.7% up compared to last year? Wit the oil price expected to increase in the coming months since OPEC members agreed to cut production, this is going to keep going up! Dow Jones over 20000 and stable economy contributing to interest rate increase too. Hurry up, if you are planning to buy a home soon!
