To our customers and followers,

As some of you have seen, we as Northampton Car Care have been accused by a customer for theft of $100.00 dollars from a customers center console. As the owner of Northampton Car Care I take pride in knowing the character of each and every employee I have. I know without a doubt that no one employed here would ever have the need to steal from you guys. Everyone here at Northampton Car Care has the same goal, and that is to help you guys with you automotive repair needs. We do this with honesty and integrity, and strive for nothing less. The accuser was offered to be reimbursed, not as a sign of guilt, simply as a sign of good faith and making sure everyone who visits our shop has a good experience. If someone entered our parking lot and “pillaged” his vehicle in the almost 2 weeks it was ready, that is unfortunate. Again, I offered to correct the situation and the accuser’s response was that he “would only accept the cash reimbursement if he could have a confrontation with one or more of the guys here at the shop”. My response was very simple, absolutely not. We are Northampton Car Care.
Myself and the guys here at the shop just wanted to keep everyone in the loop. And to thank every one for your support and patronage to Northampton Car Care. We will continue to serve and do everything we can to help everyone with their automotive repair needs. We hope everyone has an awesome weekend, and look forward to seeing you when you need us.

Automotive Service Technician
ASE Certification is a plus. Must have previous experience in an Auto repair shop and pretty recent. Not 10 years ago.
Pay is flag hourly and will be discussed in an in person interview only.
