We all remember a time when we didn’t use heat protectant and definitely over lightened out hair but miraculously our hair was still thriving.. and then you entered your 30’s and everything changed. These changes can happen because of medications, diet, hormones, pregnancies, stress, illnesses, honestly the list goes on BUT that doesn’t mean you have to settle for the new norm. I personally have worn extensions for 9 years consistently and my hair is just as thick as it was when I started so before you blindly listen to the rumors about extensions damaging your hair - keep in mind there are absolutely uneducated stylists claiming to be extension specialists that will absolutely trash your hair. But let me be clear, that does NOT mean all extensions are damaging.
You CAN have the hair you used to have and you deserve it 🤍

To any of my girlies with gut issues and food sensitivities, does going out to eat or traveling stress you out? Bc same. I look at EVERY menu before I go to a new restaurant to make sure there’s something I can easily modify and I turn into Karen’s best friend if a restaurant isn’t accommodating. It’s 2025, come on.. I usually don’t have any issues but Savannah, Georgia was not particularly accommodating and I found myself frequently annoyed during our weekend there. Anyone else get a flash of pure anger when they are hungry and a menu doesn’t seem accommodating?

Honestly, it’s benefiting him too—new hair, new confidence, everybody wins.
