Even if your retention isn’t perfect yet… even if your styling still needs work… you can still show up with exceptional customer service.

MAKE YOURSELF AVAILABLE. Be teachable. Treat every client like they matter, because they do. That’s how you build loyalty while you’re still building your craft.

And when you do become a master artist, never forget the clients who supported you when all you had to offer were “not-so-great” sets. Keep showing up for them with the same gratitude, the same energy, and the same heart.
