The highlight of the week is easily the Santa Barbara Honduras. It’s a lot to process in the best way—imagine a bowl of ripe mixed berries + hibiscus tea, but with this beautiful, buttery finish that lingers just long enough to make you reconsider everything you knew about Honduran profiles. At The Brew Lab, we’re leaning deep into the search for pour-over perfection this month. We’ve debuted a new dedicated pour-over menu—focusing on the variables that make a cup truly sing.
