Warning: sad/grateful post (looonnnggg)

First off, let me just say that we apologize for just now posting this, but after much consternation, deliberation and contemplation (big words for such a small shop) we have decided to close Red Top Bakery down permanently, effective today 11-19.

While the road to this decision has not come easy, there is a measure of comfort within it. The last several years have been very trying & have stretched us thin as small business owners & as a family. That being said, the joy that we have experienced getting to serve our community has been immeasurable. The friendships and relationships we have forged we will be forever appreciated and valued. We truly thank each and every person who ever walked through our door, whether it was once or multiple times.

We will be here until 5pm today, so please stop by if you are able. We realize this window is not the largest, but could just never bring ourselves to make this post earlier, as it has such finality to it.

Again, we are more thankful & appreciative than you will ever know. While we are sad, we will be happy to have our weekends back!! On to the next chapter - or maybe we’ll open a whole new book!
