But I know for a lot of people the leaves changing and cold coming in can trigger a sadness season. In pagan traditions it's a season of rest & renewal. Take the time you need, to do what you need.

I'm so thankful to have found such an amazing birth community that has truly embraced and supported me. Reading this from someone I look up to was so special!
