Kalonji Changa, an organizer and founder of the FTP Movement, is author of How to Build a People’s Army and co-producer of the documentary Organizing Is the New Cool. Kalonji has aided in the growth and development of programs such as International Feed The People, Urban Survival Preparedness Institute, Siafu Youth Corps, National Coalition to Combat Police Terrorism and Mama's Army to name a few. He is a Co-founder of Black Power Media.

Dr. Rick Halperin is Director of the Southern Methodist University Human Rights Education Program, and teaches on a wide range of human rights issues including genocide and the death penalty. He is a member of the National Death Penalty Advisory Committee, the National Coalition to Abolish the Death Penalty and the Texas Coalition to Abolish the Death Penalty (serving as President from 2000-2006 and from 2007 to present).

Dr. Joy James is Ebenezer Fitch Professor of Humanities at Williams College, and has authored numerous articles about human rights, antiblackness and genocide, and political theory. She is the editor of, among other works, The New Abolitionists, Imprisoned Intellectuals, Warfare in the American Homeland, and The Angela Y. Davis Reader. Dr. James’s most recent books include: In Pursuit of Revolutionary Love and New Bones Abolition.

Dr. Horne holds the Moores Professorship of History and African American Studies. He has written extensively on U.S. imperialism, racism, and white supremacy. Dr. Horne has authored more than thirty books and one hundred scholarly articles and reviews; his most recent books include The Counter-Revolution of 1836 and Revolting Capital.
