FFY 2023 State of Texas Annual Performance Report (TEA/SPED):
The State of Texas through its Texas Education Agency (TEA) is required to develop a six-year performance plan that evaluates the State's efforts to implement the requirements and purposes of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act of 2004 (IDEA). Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) 2023 Part B State Annual Performance Report (APR) for the 2023–24 school year, along with the 2025 State special education Determination for the FFY 2023 State Performance Plan/Annual Performance Report (SPP/APR), are now available for public viewing on the TEA website:
