Castle Bakery

Accidentally made more zucchini bread than I expected. Come get it tomorrow at Peach Street Farmers Market along with sugar cookies, snickerdoodle cookies, chocolate chip cookies, fireworks (pop rocks) cookies and brownies. I will be there from 9-1 across from the cross.

The cookie of the day tomorrow at Castle Bakery is Cinnamon Walnut Cookies. I tried a new recipe for the sugar and snickerdoodle cookies this week. I also made the Espresso Chocolate Chip Bread again, but doubled the recipe. Come get yours tomorrow at Peach Street Farmers Market from 9-1. I hope to see you there.

I made this cake today

I tried piping cookies to make tiny cookies, but they aren't the same size and shape. I will have them in bags as cookie bites tomorrow at the Peach Street Farmers Market from 9 - 1 because they still taste great. I had seen a video on Facebook that said it would turn out like Cookie Crisp cereal, but that didn't happen.
