New build ADU in Spring Valley. Open concept kitchen and living room. Large primary bedroom with attached bath, plus 2 additional bedrooms and hall bathroom. Big back yard space for lots of entertaining.

Giving this poway home a face lift. All new board and batt hardi siding, cedar soffits and a white wash over the red brick to give it that extra pop. We also installed a new composition shingle roof made by Owens Corning in the color night sky, cool roof series. Wait until you see the before and after on this one 😎

I had the privilege to go back and see this project we finished last fall and see it all furnished and put together! This was a second story add on to the garage, which also needed to be demoed and rebuilt. We truly enjoyed working for Mr and Mrs Demich, he told me today that when people see it they all say it looks like it’s always been that way! That’s the goal 😎. Take pride in what you do and give 100 percent!
