Reading Ezekiel 3 ESV
He is sent to: vs 7 But the house of Israel will not be willing to listen to you, for they are not willing to listen to me: because all the house of Israel have a hard forehead and a stubborn heart.
God made him: vs 17 Son of man, I have made you a watchman for the house of Israel.
Warning: vs 21 But if you warn the righteous person not to sin, and he does not sin, he shall surely live, because he took warning, and you will have delivered your soul.”
God uses drama encounters with Ezekiel in this chapter, trying to get through to His people.…we are sure to encounter more in this book.

Reading Lamentations 4 AMPC
Vs 12-14 The kings of the earth did not believe, nor did any of the inhabitants of the earth, that the oppressor and enemy could enter the gates of Jerusalem.
[But this happened] because of the sins of her [false] prophets and the iniquities of her priests, who shed the blood of the just and righteous in the midst of her.
[The false prophets and priests] wandered [staggering] in the streets as if blind; they had so polluted themselves with blood it was not [lawful] for men to touch their garments.
