Lord, ignite a fire in my heart today, revive me Holy Spirit. I want to live to do your will in my life. Give me fervent love for You and for others, Lord and a steadfast Spirit to walk in your ways. Give me sincerity of heart. In Jesus name. Amen

This verse has always impacted how I live. We love getting things for free. But when it comes to our spiritual life, that leads to indifference and lukewarmness. Do I offer the best like Able or do I offer something that is convenient to me when I want. Hebrews 11, says that Able offered his best as a sacrifice of faith and trust in the Lord. God did not “respect” Cain’s offering, which is God did not look upon it or accept it but He favored Able.

Is my offering of worship, generosity, and service to the Lord more like Cain or Able?

Don’t give God your leftovers, give Him your best. A faith offering!!!!
