A night in community to bring a space where we can learn, share, and grow together. Grateful for everyone who made it to this gathering.

These nights with abuelito fuego are inspired by the need for mental health spaces FREE to the community. 🚨Current statistics show an alarming increase of suicides, becoming the second leading cause of deaths in ages 10-14, and the fourth leading cause for ages 15 to 20 (USfacts, 2023). Making this a real concern for our youth and young adults.

This space is guided by Mexican culture teachings, sharing ancestral knowledge that helps to empower your responsibility as a human being to the process of awareness and relations. It’s a safe and confidential space where multiple topics that promote balance and health can be explored and diverse views are discussed.

All ages are welcome, we encourage families to come together and to share with us good food, indigenous prayers through sacred songs, drum and wind instrument medicine, but mainly dialogue.

Fateful for those who have open their hearts to this circle, who has showed up for yourselves and for your community. Grateful for moments when deep healing and recognition is build upon love. Gracias!
