DAILY AFFIRMATIONS FROM THE BIBLE

One of the beautiful realities of the gospel is that Jesus is not only your Savior when life is going well. He is your Savior on the days when your heart feels overwhelmed. He is your peace when your thoughts feel chaotic. He is your steady foundation when everything else feels uncertain.

First Peter 5:7 says, “Casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you.” Notice why you can cast your cares upon Him. Because He cares for you. Not because you have been a perfect Christian. Not because you have prayed enough. Simply because you are deeply loved by your Father.

The finished work of Christ means you do not have to carry burdens that He has invited you to surrender. You were never created to hold the weight of tomorrow. Jesus carried the greatest burden at the cross so that you could live with the confidence that your life is safely held in His hands.
