The OEC Program is primarily an Emergency Medical Technician training course based out of Spring Lake Park High School. Since our creation we have expanded beyond the EMT training to include, First Aid, CPR, CPR Instructor, Emergency Medical Responder, Certified Nursing Assistant, Fire Fighter 1, and Technical Rescue. This is an educational experience that high school students in the Spring Lake Park and surrounding school districts have the opportunity to participate in!
