Odin's Orphans Rescue

Hey friends, we could use your help again! We truly hate to ask, but can't do it without y'all!
I would like to introduce Hodr, our newest orphan. We were asked if we could help this little nugget who was showing neurological signs. It is not known what happened to him but they were sure he was blind and had a weird gait. Once we had him in our possession and had him accessed, it was noted that he had an old bite wound to his head. It is believed that is the cause for his neurlogic concerns. He is blind and deaf and extremely panicked when picked up. He is however, eating, drinking, pooping, and urinating on his own. All good signs.
A few days after we got him, he started acting a little puny and then lethargic. Poor little guy has parvo 😠we are doing everything we can to get him back to his normal self, but we could use your help. Any amount is so greatly appreciated.

He is gaining weight wonderfully. He is getting so strong. He loves pup cups and car rides and playing with other dogs! We get to see him all the time, which is the best part! We wanted to post an update on our sweet boy, Anubis! Here he is waking up from anesthesia after his neuter! Yes, he was finally able to get that necrotic testicle removed! He is a fan favorite of the vet staff! He still needs to be on antibiotics due to the infection and while his incision is healing. He has gained a few pounds so far. He absolutely adores his foster family and the other pups. Infact, he is getting stronger every day amd was able to go outside with the other pups and even tried to run a little. Thank you for your continued support and prayers.

On Friday, a local emergency hospital reached out to us asking if we had room for this sweet boy. His body condition score is a 1 (there is not an once of fat on this poor guy). He is so skinny that he is loosing muscle mass. Luckily, he can still walk. The emergency vet said he had an infection in his testicle and it was now necrotic (i will post a pic in the comments because it is pretty bad). The emergency hospital felt he was also full of intestinal parasites. I don't know much about where he came from but supposedly they had been caring for him a few weeks when they realized he was pretty bad off and needed vet care. When the emergency vet told them he needed to be neutered, they said they didn't have the funds. The options were find a rescue or have him euthanized.
So here is where we stepped in. We took him straight to our vet to be accessed. This poor guy should weigh 20-30 lbs more than what he does! He was covered in fleas. I was very worried about how white his gums where. We went ahead and started dewormer and flea prevention. We also started iron supplements because he was on the verge of needing a blood transfusion. It was felt that in his condition, he would not make it thru the neuter so we have put it off til this week. We have been feeding multiple small meals a day to help start building muscle and fat back. He loves his blankets and his stuffies.
We could use your help to cover his expenses. We have multiple ways to donate if you can!
