He began with a pickup truck, portable welder, hand tools and an initial investment of $7000.00, saved while serving in the US Marine Corps. With a desire to have more for his family and an "I Can" attitude, Edwards Inc. was formed. Due to demand for commitment and quality, Edwards Inc. began to expand. In 1980 Derrill Edwards built his first shop, a 2000 square ft. metal building in Spring Hope,
