falling due to contact, vibration or seismic activity using one of the following methods:
• Securing containers to a fixed object with one or more restraints.
• Securing containers on a cart or other mobile device designed for the movement of compressed
gas containers.
• Nesting containers at filling or service facilities not accessible to the public, provided that
containers do not obstruct the means of egress if dislodged.
• Securing containers to or within a rack, framework, cabinet or similar assembly designed for such
use. An affordable, easy to use , new device now available that will resolve these safety concerns with this issue.
