I was Army Infantry in the early 90s. I grew up loving to work with my hands and took a liking to carpentry, utilizing it as a means to support my family. Cooking and being outdoors in nature was always a way for me to unwind and appreciate the little things in life. I had a successful carpentry company (AJM Management LLC out of CT), one of five states I lived in throughout my life. The time was so demanding of me. Sometimes I worked 12-18 hours a day 7 days a week for several months without a day off. The projects which included estimates, getting materials, set up and performing the work along with endless after hour requirements. I Had a heart attack and needed to find a path that wasn't so physically and emotionally demanding. I also wasn't willing to be away from my loving wife and children for such long periods of time anymore. I knew in the beginning of my new adventure into food truck entrepreneurialism I would have to put in more time to grow a solid customer base and relationships. I'm more than willing to work hard to set a standard that stands out above others. I grew up with both sides of my family having Military backgrounds along with various first responders from Police & Firefighters to EMTs and more. I was fortunate to see and understand what can come from honesty and hard work through determination, dedication and attention to detail. Nothing makes me happier than Putting a smile on another person's face. I will not pretend to know everything or have all the answers but I will always respect our customer’s opinions and concerns. After all our Company couldn't exist without all of you. I want you to know and feel you are appreciated every second you spend in our presence. As a token of our gratitude to our seniors and heroes who watch over us we would like to offer a 10% discount for seniors, military and First Responders (Police- EMTs - firefighters)
