Crikey Wildlife Rescue
Our mission is to educate the public on the benefits of native wildlife. By rescuing and rehabilitating orphaned or injured wildlife to be released back into the wild, we can show how it benefits the future of our ecosystem.
**Update on 5 neonate babies**
Mama came back and took 4 of them! I want to rehydrate the last one and leave him for the day to give Mama another chance to get him...
"But Mama won't take him if you touch him!"
That's a myth!
"She might have nursed him last night"
She wouldnt lay down in a compromised den to nurse him and then leave him there.
So... hopefully I can get him some pedialyte to give him a better chance of surviving, but I am getting a bit of push back about interfering with the situation.
Video in comments as it won't let me post it on the actual post.

We had a great day at Get Rescued in Gulfport today. Binnie tagged along and was the star of the show! Unfortunately, because the Grand Prix was also on today, we only made 1/4 of the donations we usually make for this event every year. Despite not taking in any new wildlife animals, the rescue still has numerous animals at the rescue (tortoises, snakes, chinchillas, cats, dogs, ducks) that rely on donations to the rescue for their food. If you would like to donate to the rescue to help with their living expenses, it would be greatly appreciated! Binnie would like to add "Marshmallows don't buy themselves!"
