If you don't show up at the scheduled time without ANY GIVEN NOTICE prior, the appointment will be cancelled and sale will be voided an you will be banned from my page. Out of courtesy, please do not cancel a appointment at last minute unless of a emergency. Sale will be voided if you cancel with no or any given reason outside of a emergency. I always message the day before and day of a scheduled appointment, if you fail to respond within the day of the First message being sent, the appointment will be cancelled and potentially voided. 1) all sales are subjected to our policy even if it wasn’t read/seen.

2)All sales on shipped birds are First come first serve. We do not hold any birds unless payment is made.

3) All sales are final. Once you have picked your bird(s) & have made payment there is no refund. So please be sure you are 100% wanting these birds.

4) All bird(s) Will be shipped with a VS-93 Form confirming that bird is NPIP/AI clean as well as our farm.

5)We provide a good amount of Mash/food as well as Frozen Veggies & Cucumbers.

6)Shipping bird(s) is costly so please be aware. Flat rate fee of 20$ Per Shipping box. Plus Shipping & Cost of the bird.

7) We have no control over how long it takes for bird(s) to get to you. We do not guarantee they will show up within 24 hours. That is in control of how fast the USPS gets them to you.


8) We ship only through USPS Express Shipping for live bird(s). No exceptions.

9) If for any reason the bird(s) show up dead or in a bad state we will refund cost of bird(s). We do not refund for shipping or boxes.

10) Videos will be taken before we ship bird(s) out to show they are well packed & healthy.

11) All boxes get weighed which determines shipping prices as well as the state you’re in.
