We love to share fun & educational programs with everyone in the family & our early childhood activities are designed to meet learning standards. Join our "Glatfelter Library and Friends Recommend" group. Our mission is to bring people together through a love of reading and to share book and author suggestions!

Good morning, everyone! Even with our roof construction- we're open today! Join us at 10am today for, "I Dig Spring Grove: Using Archaeology to Learn About the Past” presented by Dr. Donald Linebaugh! This program is intended for ages 7-12, but bring the whole fam to pick up a good book!

After leaving her friend’s house party, Marcy disappeared. She was discovered at the bottom of an old well on her neighbor’s farm. Sift through the evidence and witness statements, eliminate suspects, and bring justice to Marcy. Check the dates and Library locations below to attend a Teen Crime Solvers event this summer!

Dover Area Community Library June 19th from 10:30-11:30am; Martin Library June 23rd 3-4pm; Kaltreider-Benfer Library July 11th from 11:30am-12:30pm.

Registration required at Yorklibraries.org . Ages 12-18. Teens are welcome to attend at any location.

We're getting a new roof! The library is open for regular hours via the front entrance. And a big thanks to the VFW Post 5265 - Spring Grove, PA for replacing our flag!

Lindsay K. Bandy, author of Inevitable Fate, is leading a workshop for teen authors or those who dream of being authors. Event is Saturday, July 18th from 11am-1pm at Kreutz Creek Library. Meet Lindsay, receive a signed copy of Inevitable Fate, & get advice on how to write stories that "click" with people in fun & meaningful ways. Ages 12-18 are welcome!
