EXCITING NEWS for MooseBytes customers. We are excited to help make your experience while visiting with us more enjoyable and user friendly by announcing the launch of our new MooseBytes customer portal! Our new layout and design will make it easy for our customers to interact directly with our staff by keeping them up to date with the latest news and updates.
You will receive a new email in the upcoming weeks titled "Your MooseBytes customer portal account creation." Inside this email, click the link and fill out the form with this same email again, your new username and your new password.
That's it! Your new portal user and password will now be setup. We will also be sending out a Constant Contact with this information. If you are set up for automatic payment, February is the last month your automatic payment will run through QuickBooks. Once we open the new Customer Portal you will NOT have automatic payments set up unless you go in and set this up through the portal (or by calling the office and setting it up).
Of course, if you have any questions or difficulties while setting up your new portal user, please give us a call at 1-866-969-8351, or, email us: [email protected] and we will help you through this.
Technical Support hours are e daily, including weekends from 8 am to 8 pm. Any calls received between 8 pm and 8 am will be returned the following day during business hours. Please remember when calling after hours and weekends to select option 4 and follow the prompts.

Happy October!
If you are in need of immediate assistance through the 15th of October, please call the office at 509-892-5877 or email Dominic at [email protected] and he will get back to you as quickly as he can. Replying to your invoice will not get a response until after October 15.
Seasonal billing begins this month. Seasonal customers will continue to receive normal bandwidth through the 31th. Service will turn down to 56k on November 1. MooseBytes only offers one seasonal package, October 1 to February 1 (Nov 1- Mar 31 service) billing is $19.95 a month and bandwidth in turned down to 56k (dialup speed). March - September (April 1- October 31 Service) the regular monthly package increases by $10 a month. If you are interested or have questions just let us know.
A $15 late fee will be assessed on all accounts that aren't paid in full by the 15th of the month. If you need to make payment arrangements please call the office and we will be happy to help you.
Remember to please call in when you are having service issues. It is much easier for our technicians to look and diagnose while you are having the issue. ALSO make sure when you call after hours for technical support to specifically choose option 4 as any other option/mailbox doesn't get checked until the next business day.
