We are opening a small January mentorship intake at Altvina.

This is for founders, operators, and senior professionals who are already carrying real responsibility and want practical guidance from people who have actually done the work.

Not motivational coaching.
Not generic advice.
Real conversations tied to real decisions.

This tends to be a fit if you are:
• Making high-stakes decisions and want an experienced sounding board
• Scaling a sales motion or leading a revenue team through change
• Stepping into a larger leadership role and feeling the weight of it
• Managing complexity across people, systems, or growth

How it works:
We start with a 30-minute kickoff session. The cost is $99, and it is fully credited toward any mentorship or Altvina service if you continue.

That session is a working conversation with an Altvina expert to understand what you are navigating and what kind of support would actually help. In many cases, that person becomes your mentor. If not, we handle the matching behind the scenes to ensure the fit is right.

Options include single sessions, three-session bundles, and five-session bundles.

January availability is intentionally limited to protect quality.
