The best bars, benches and kilo plates. It has taken a long time to get this side to really come together. Hard work, hustle, sleepless nights, stressful moments and I wouldn’t change a thing. To have a dream/vision and to see it all come together is pretty damn amazing. I’m only starting GTD will keep growing and only improving while staying true to what Go The Distance is. I am beyond proud to say I own Go The Distance. Thank you fam for always being amazing and supportive.

I am so excited for everyone to see the new arrangement of the gym. Almost 10 hours later and few melt downs we got it done. Huge thank you to , Bill and momma McNaught-Davis. Thank you to our GTD FAM for understanding being closed today. Let’s get it Monday.
I am at the start of my build for Ironman training once again, so that means not wanting to PR on my lifts, but making sure I’m staying strong and healthy for this season. 200lbs for 4 reps, 205lbs for 3 reps and 210lbs for 3 reps. What I see with so many endurance athlete’s is not lifting when they are “in season” for their sport. Don’t do that, keep lifting it will look different than an “off season”, but your body needs it. This is going to make you stronger, faster and keep you injury free if done properly. Let’s also talk about how amazing the deadlift bar is. GTD will be bringing in more Texas bars!! Follow your passions and do that every day.
