“No one wants to work anymore” is usually code for “we’re hiring the same way we did in 2009.” 🫣

Spokane has talented, motivated job seekers—including people with disabilities—who do want to work. But if your application takes 45 minutes, includes unnecessary requirements, or filters people out before they get a chance? They’re moving on.

Sometimes the hiring problem isn’t the labor market. It’s the process.
