Our sister community, Lofts at Garden District, is proud to offer a select number of Multifamily Tax Exemption (MFTE) homes to make high-quality apartment living more attainable in the Spokane South Hill community. By offering this program to a select number of homes, we can make homes available for low to moderate income households who meet specific income requirements dependent on the size of the household and the number of bedrooms.

Households must fall within certain income limits, as defined by Washington State law. If your household income falls within the allowed income limits, you may be eligible for a set-aside MFTE home. Applicants interested in renting MFTE homes are required to submit a standard rental application. Once that is completed, applicants will go through an income qualification process to determine eligibility for the program.
