If you’re commuting multiple kids to multiple sports/ still driving at 8pm/ waking early/ solo mommin…. the only acceptable answer regarding dinner is:

DISH FREE,
STRESS FREE,
NUTRIENT DENSE.

It’s gotta be doable on those days when it feels like your hair is on fire, you crack a tooth, there’s a full moon + everyone is slightly sleep deprived.

This is the standard 😂Here are some ideas to get you started:

🥣Kevins Dinner + Pura Vida frozen Veggies. 
Dump these in your air fryer and dinner is done in 20. You could double the size and have dinner done and divided up for tomorrow too. Want more? Grab a single serve rice cup (or use leftover rice) to bulk this meal up.

🥩Amylu Meatballs + Veggies + Dip.
I wish you knew that meatballs are the ultimate mom flex. So much nutrition packed into a single bite. Yes yes yes, 🙄you can make them at home and we love that—- but if you don’t have the time, Amylu brand has great ingredients. I always have their stuff stocked in my fridge for last minute meals.

🍓Koilbasa Sausage, a handful of berries + veggies + single serve hummus dip.
If you have 5 minutes to slice it up and saute the sausage this option is 10/10.

🍗Smart Additions Chicken/ Steak Pack + Fav dipping sauce.
This makes protein easy. From here I’d add on some fruit (an apple would be easy carbs + fiber) and some cheese or nuts for the fat.

🍎A Protein Shake + Apple + String cheese.
Is this the best thing you could possibly feed your people? Probs not. Do we wish we could circle the table with fresh cooked meal every night? YESSSS. But babe— we gotta be realistic. This is better than a handful of cereal and a gatorade, I promise you.

🥚Bagged salad + Hard-boiled eggs (or pre made chicken):
A moment of silence for the trader Joes salad section, shall we? Dump the toppings into the bag, add your choice of protein, close the top and shake. Eat this from the bag, like a savage while you drive to yet another practice.

🚨Just because something is simple, doesn’t mean it’s wrong. If dinner time is filled with traffic, drop offs, parent teacher meetings, or coach convos— let dinner be simple!!
