They purchased an old photo development stand, moved it to its location on 6th and Washington, quit their jobs and college, and the rest is history! Jacob’s Java now has five stands, with a sixth stand, including indoor seating, in the works! For over two decades Jacob’s Java has been serving some of the finest coffee around, made from our own coffee roasting company, Gemelli Coffee Roastery. To this day, you’ll often find Paul and Scott in one of our stands creating handmade coffee concoctions for customers.
