Turkey Schnitzel. Floured, egged, breadcrumbs and fried. Delicious.

I was quite pleased with the c**n shrimp I used from Northwest Best Bait Company. The color held fast and the baits held firm. I’m looking forward to running them again soon.

Another productive trip with the family. I had a sockeye take a rod and reel off my hands from me today in the Brewster pool. :( :( :( Despite that it was an awesome day.
