Most people think gyms and they imagine a room with weights and machines.
The Adventure Games is our reminder that training was always meant to prepare you for something bigger. ๐ฒ๐ฅ
This week we run trails, breathe fresh air, and practice building the muscle between our ears. We choose this challenge, and we get to do it alongside people who make hard things fun.
The WHAT:
8 challenging workouts over five days, plus one replenish-and-recover day.
