Pinewood Park Estates is currently leasing for our new rowhouse, with 2 six bedroom units available beginning August 15th 2024. We are located just a block away from the Whitworth campus, making this ideal housing for students looking to move off campus. 6 bedroom townhouse: These have spacious dining, living and family areas on the lower level, as well as an expanded kitchen, half bathroom and back patio area. The upper level has six bedrooms of equal size, upper landing, three full bathrooms, and a linen room with two washers and dryers. There is also an attached automatic garage, as well as additional parking available for residents.

-Rent for these units depends on number of occupants.

4 Person Lease: $650 per person
5 Person Lease: $600 per person
6 Person Lease: $550 per person

-There is a collective $1500 deposit, $600 of which is due at the time of lease signing

Whitworth Students We are looking for two people to takeover the lease from two of our housemates who will be leaving at the end of summer 2021. The lease is 9 months, starting September 2021 and ending May 31st 2022. You would be living with two male Whitworth Juniors. Please contact me with questions!

High efficiency gas forced heat, and central air conditioning keep you comfortable in any season!
Rent is $2000/duplex.

Most tenants choose to rent in groups of four so this divides to $500/month if you choose to split equally. Electricity and internet not included (combined usually $30-$55 per person per month).Each occupant must apply separately (maximum four occupants) and pay $50 application fee.
