There are some things you can’t fully explain until you feel them.

The presence of a horse is one of them.

I am so excited to begin sharing Equine Energy Sessions because this work is rooted in something I have known in my body for a long time: horses hold a kind of grounded, honest presence that is hard to find anywhere else.

They do not need the perfect words from us.
They do not need us to perform.
They simply meet what is there.

To be near a horse while moving energy, releasing what has been heavy, or reconnecting with yourself can be such a powerful experience. Not because the horse is doing something for you, but because their presence invites you back into something real.

A slower breath.
A softer body.
A deeper listening.
A remembrance of what your body already knows.

These sessions are 90 minutes and are held with energy work, grounded presence, and the support of a horse who is free to simply be. Just as you are.

People are not a commodity.
They are not a resource.
They are not a something, but a someone.

Too often we get lost in the cost of payroll and forget that these are humans and not line items.

What happens when everyone we work with, hire, train is seen in their true light…as Divine and eternal beings here on purpose for a purpose?

How would we treat each other differently? What would stay the same?

The truth is that we are here together. We are not meant to be alone all the time. Teamwork can be inspiring, invigorating, and highly productive. When we meet every person, no matter their role or personality, with integrity and grace that naturally spills over and shows up in the work we do together.

Five centuries of individualism has produced a loneliness epidemic, rising mental health issues, and a disconnect from the natural world we live in.

The truth is that humans are not the center of this planet. We are cohabitating with all other life forms. We are part of an ecosystem…not on the sidelines and not the master. It’s time we come home to our place in the Earth community.

This will take deep listening. Humility. The willingness to try and fail and try again. It will take courage.

The work we do in the world can either contribute to the destruction of our planet or it can consciously partner with it and care for it.

Humans are being asked more now than ever to lay down the old paradigms of conqueror, possessor, and controller and step into humble stewarding.

So what does this mean for our businesses? How do we do life in this new (and also remembered) way of being? These are some of the questions we are asking on May 18th.
