Beans in Berries in Spokane Valley has quickly become a frequented stop of mine. I’ve always stopped by for breakfast, this time, lunch was on the menu! The reason I love coming here is how fresh the food tastes, and how amazing it looks lest be honest.
They cater to all tastes with an array of protein-rich, gluten-free, and vegan options.
Here’s what we got:

* Chef Salad
* Avacado Toast
I could tell how much care and freshness went into every single dish! If I could eat these three things for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, for the rest of my life, I’d be one happy Kasey!
They are also home to plants from !!!! And a few different vendors with gorgeous small pieces for purchase. I absolutely adore how involved in the community this team is! ❤️
Can’t make it into their cutie shop? They also now offer delivery options (2 mile radius).

It’s just me, my bank account, and Rocket Bakery in a committed relationship. ❤️ Finance class didn’t prepare me for this kind of investment. 😜☕️
LOVE my visits to Rocket Bakery on 14th ave! Plenty of seating (indoor and outdoor), fresh pastries, tasty coffee, yeah I could easily spend time here every morning. ☀️

A place I always walked past and finally stopped in! 🥰Spokane has its hidden gems, and Amend Music Center is one of those places that just feels different the moment you walk in. 🎶✨
Family-owned since 1980, this local staple has been keeping our schools, stages, and musicians sounding their best for decades, through expert instrument repair, rentals, lessons, and a deep love for music that you can actually feel when you’re there.
Robin took me on a tour of this awesome place and I honestly felt like I was back in the 90s getting ready for band class, the vibes were EVERYTHING. He even had one of the original pieces his grandfather played, which made the whole experience feel even more special.
From beginners picking up their very first instrument to seasoned players needing trusted repairs, they’ve built a space rooted in care, craft, and community.
If you’ve ever had a band kid moment, a concert memory, or even just a curiosity about music, you’ve probably been touched by their work more than you know. 🎻🎺 Especially if you’re in the Spokane school district!
