Well, it’s that time of year again, just in time for a Christmas cover. I try to do one each year, and the process is always a challenge. Recording music never quite matches what I hear in my head, but I keep going anyway.

George Lucas once said that art is never finished, only abandoned, and that idea resonates with me. Creating is a process of reaching, learning, and showing up, even when it feels imperfect. Especially then.

I believe it matters to keep those creative fires lit, even when they burn low. We are meant to do more than consume. We are meant to create.
